A New Beginning!

Jean started the program wanting to get back to her old active self who she felt like she hadn’t been in a long time. With pressure from herself and others, she wanted to shrink back to her pre-pregnancy body type and be able to keep up with her ever-active little girl.

After 8 weeks of hard work, Jean has begun a new lifestyle and is well on her way to achieving all of her goals. With a total of 19.5 inches lost in these 2 months, here are the highlights of what Jean has left behind:

Pounds lost: 7
Inches lost in waist: 4
Inches lost in hips: 4
Inches lost in bust: 3.5
Inches lost in the thigh: 2

Great work! We look forward to watching Jean’s progress… I have a feeling this is the beginning of something big!
